Taco Power Bowl

Ingredients

    •    4 oz lean ground turkey

    •    ½ cup brown rice, cooked

    •    ½ cup black beans

    •    ¼ cup corn

    •    ½ avocado, diced

    •    ¼ cup salsa

    •    1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

    •    ½ tsp taco seasoning

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook turkey in a skillet with taco seasoning until fully cooked.

2️⃣ Place romaine lettuce and brown rice in bowl.

3️⃣ Add turkey, beans, corn and avocado.

4️⃣ Top with salsa and mix lightly.
